Current Opportunity: SVP of Operations
Position Overview
As SVP of Operations, you are our chief implementer and integrator – the leader responsible for ensuring our rapidly scaling business runs as a cohesive, high-performing organization. You’ll leverage your superb leadership, people management skills, and organizational discipline to inspire teams, deliver results, and position us to fully execute on our goals and long-term vision.
You won’t just maintain operations — you’ll design and build the future, scaling systems, processes, and talent to keep pace with growth while seizing new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Continuously improve operations, processes, and people to ensure quality, speed, safety, and value creation
• Set and execute strategies across EV charger product development, aligning sales, operations, and management teams
• Develop long-term growth strategies and create execution roadmaps
• Support domestic growth initiatives and pursue new market opportunities
• Build and maintain relationships with key partners, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Ensure flawless execution with a safety-first, quality-driven culture
• Stay ahead of EV industry trends and innovations, implementing best practices that maximize customer value and profitability
Essential Skills and Experience
• 12+ years of operational leadership experience in a high-growth environment (EV, Solar, Clean Energy, Infrastructure, or related industries)
• Proven ability to scale and optimize organizations, with a track record of turning growth strategies into measurable results
• Strong background in clean energy, infrastructure, EV charging, or investment/asset management
• Entrepreneurial mindset — thrives in fast-paced, “bring order to chaos” environments
• Exceptional project management, process design, and execution skills
• Superior interpersonal, executive communication, and presentation abilities
• Alignment with our mission to accelerate the EV transition and deliver real climate solutions
• BA required; MBA strongly preferred
