Enviguide is a climate-tech startup building a Product Carbon Footprint (PCF) intelligence platform that helps manufacturing and automotive companies measure the carbon footprint of their products and collect sustainability data from suppliers. Our mission is to enable data-driven, transparent, and compliant supply chains aligned with emerging European sustainability regulations.

Part-time / Full-time (20–40 hours per week)

Role Description

We are looking for an entrepreneurial Co-Founder based in Germany who is passionate about sustainability, technology, and building impactful startups. As a Co-Founder, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the vision, strategy, and future of Enviguide. In this full-time, on-site role based in Germany, you will be responsible for steering the company’s growth and business development. You will work closely with the founding team to shape the product strategy, build industry partnerships, and scale the business across Europe.

• Leadership and Strategic Planning skills
• Business Development and Partnership Management
• Entrepreneurial mindset with problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Build relationships with automotive OEMs, suppliers, and manufacturing companies
• Support sales, partnerships, and ecosystem development
• Contribute to product strategy and platform growth
• Represent Enviguide at industry events, startup networks, and sustainability forums
• Participate in fundraising and investor discussions

Candidates may come from one of the following backgrounds:

• Automotive industry
• SaaS / enterprise software sales
• Data engineering / database architecture
• Software development / programming
• Sustainability / ESG technology
