Your mission

Your mission is to create calm, structure and operational excellence across Enunda.

You will become the central coordination point for finance, administration, business operations and the operational management of the Enunda Academy.

You enjoy bringing clarity where complexity exists. You enjoy following processes and naturally improve them. You think ahead, you anticipate rather than react. You take ownership.

Your areas of responsibility

  • Finance Operations

You will coordinate the day-to-day financial administration of the company.

Typical responsibilities include:

- preparing customer invoices; monitoring incoming payments; preparing supplier payments;

- preparing accounting information for the external accountant; supporting payroll preparation and follow-up;

- monitoring project budgets; maintaining accurate financial records;

- ensuring administrative compliance.

You ensure that our financial operations are accurate, timely and professionally organised.


  • Business Operations

You coordinate the operational side of our consultancy activities.

Examples include:

- monitoring project administration; maintaining operational planning;

- maintaining Teamleader; customer relationship management;

- preparing client contracts; coordinating external contractors;

- documenting and improving Standard Operating Procedures;

- up-shaping the team’s deliverables (report lay-outs, slide-decks, language upgrades);

- ensuring consistency across internal processes.

You continuously look for opportunities to simplify and improve the way we work.


  • Executive Support

You become an operational partner for the CEO.

Examples include:

- coordinating practical matters;

- following up action points;

- organising documentation;

- manage events;

- preparing meetings;

- supporting travel arrangements;

- helping maintain overview across multiple projects.

Your goal is to reduce operational workload by taking ownership.


  • Academy Operations

As the Enunda Academy grows, you become responsible for its operational delivery.

Examples include:

- participant administration; communication with participants;

- scheduling; event coordination;

- learning platform management; certification logistics;

- continuous improvement of Academy processes.

Qualifications

We expect:

- several years of relevant professional experience;

- experience with financial administration;

- familiarity with Belgian business administration;

- experience working in a small organisation or SME;

- excellent organisational skills;

- excellent professional written and spoken English;

- professional Dutch;

- proficiency with Microsoft Office;

- experience with Teamleader (or willingness to learn quickly);

Fluency in French is considered an asset.

Experience with learning platforms is an advantage.

Experience in the energy sector and/or in regulatory environments is a plus.

Working predominantly remote

We believe excellent work does not depend on daily office presence. Most work is performed remotely. Approximately one day every two weeks we meet in the region of Herentals, Antwerp or Brussels for collaboration, planning and knowledge sharing.

We therefore look for someone who works independently, communicates proactively, enjoys organising their own work, values flexibility alongside accountability.

Part-time (approximately 0.5 FTE)

We are open to both employment and long-term freelance collaboration. The most suitable arrangement will depend on the candidate's experience, preferences and the nature of the collaboration.
