Electrical Engineers

Specializing in Automation & Controls for the Packaging Industry

We are expanding our engineering team and seeking talented Electrical Engineers—from entry-level to seasoned professionals—who are passionate about automation, high-speed equipment, and advanced control systems within the packaging industry.

As an Electrical Engineer on our team, you will support the design, programming, troubleshooting, and optimization of automated packaging equipment. You’ll work closely with mechanical engineers, production teams, and maintenance personnel to ensure reliability, performance, and continuous improvement across our systems.

Key Priority Skills

Candidates with strong experience in the following areas will be prioritized:

  • PLC Programming (Allen-Bradley, Siemens, or equivalent)
  • HMI Development
  • Servo Drive Knowledge (motion control, tuning, integration)
  • Experience with packaging machinery or automated production systems is highly preferred

Qualifications

Experienced Electrical Engineers

  • 4+ years of electrical engineering experience
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering
  • Proven expertise in automation and controls within manufacturing or packaging
  • Strong troubleshooting and system integration skills
  • Associate’s degree or equivalent in Electrical Engineering
  • Foundational knowledge of PLCs, HMIs, motion controls, or industrial automation
  • Interest in learning packaging equipment, automation, and electrical design
  • Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving mindset
