You drive missions end-to-end, influence decisions, and ensure tangible value creation.

Lead strategic missions Analyze client needs and define impactful solutions Structure projects, manage timelines, deliverables and teams Act as a trusted advisor Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders Provide clear, fact-based recommendations and strategic viewpoints Drive business growth

Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to business development initiatives
- Co-create new consulting offers aligned with market trends
- Develop people & capabilities
- Coach consultants (methodologies, problem-solving, soft skills)
- Share best practices and strengthen internal know-how
- Engage in the Consulting community
- Contribute to internal initiatives and knowledge sharing
- Help shape the future of ENGIE Consulting
- Master’s degree (Engineering, Business or equivalent)
- 10–15 years’ experience in consulting or similar environments, with exposure to:
- Transformation programs
- Digital & innovation projects
- Business development / M&A
- Lean & operational excellence
- Fluent in English + French and/or Dutch
- Strong analytical and storytelling skills
- Client-centric mindset with strong influencing skills
- Agile, collaborative, and results-driven
