Our team of over 350 Enfiniters comprises seasoned finance professionals, as well as experienced project developers and operators with extensive industry experience across all stages of the project life cycle. Enfinity Global is seeking a highly organized and motivated intern to support our supply chains with administrative, operational, and analytical tasks. This role is ideal for a student interested in renewable energy, project coordination, and learning how large-scale infrastructure projects are managed from the inside out. The role also offers exposure to supplier market research and data analytics, providing a well-rounded experience in both operations and strategic sourcing. Document Control & Project File Management: Organize and maintain digital and physical project documentation. Track and log document revisions to ensure version control. Support the team in maintaining accurate and up-to-date project records. Assist in scheduling and coordinating meetings and calls with external partners. Assist with purchase order entry and tracking in coordination with the procurement team. Administrative Support for EPC Operations: Provide general administrative support to the EPC team, including calendar management, data entry, and internal coordination. Help prepare reports, presentations, and summaries for internal use. Maintain organized records of supplier communications and project milestones. Price & Spend Analysis: Assist in collecting and comparing pricing data from vendors and EPC partners. Analyze current spend data to identify trends, cost-saving opportunities, and supplier performance metrics. Market & Supplier Data Analysis: Build and maintain supplier market intelligence databases. Develop supplier analysis reports to support strategic sourcing decisions. Provide data analytics support to evaluate supplier capabilities, pricing structures, and risk factors. Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Project Management, Data Analytics, or a related field. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and Outlook); familiarity with data visualization tools is a plus. Interest in renewable energy and infrastructure projects is a plus.
