Job Description:
Enfinity Global is seeking a Senior Associate to support the global Workforce Planning and Compensation & Benefits processes across the Group, ensuring methodological consistency, analytical accuracy, and alignment with HR and business strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Workforce Planning
- Support the workforce planning cycle in collaboration with HRBPs and business lines (headcount, FTE, personnel cost control)
- Prepare monthly forecast reports and monitor performance against budget
- Develop metrics and analytical tools to support workforce planning strategies
- Partner with the Finance Department in defining accruals related to short-, medium-, and long-term deferred compensation plans
Compensation & Benefits
- Conduct compensation analysis and benchmarking using market surveys (Mercer, Willis Towers Watson)
- Apply and maintain job grading systems (Mercer IPE or WTW Global Grading System)
- Support the design and management of compensation policies, including STIP, LTIP, and employee benefits
- Analyze tax and social security treatments in the main countries where the Group operates
- Contribute to the definition of compensation guidelines and remuneration frameworks
HRIS
- Define functional requirements for HRIS tools (e.g., Workday, SAP HR, Darwinbox, or equivalent)
- Participate in the implementation of HRIS modules related to compensation, organizational management, budgeting, and analytics
- Ensure data quality, consistency, and reliability across HR systems
- Degree in Economics, Statistics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields
- At least 3 years of experience in similar roles within complex or multinational environments
- In-depth knowledge of job grading systems (WTW, Mercer)
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills, especially in compensation and market data
- Familiarity with compensation tools (STIP, LTIP, and benefits)
- Basic understanding of tax and social security frameworks in key countries
- Excellent command of Excel and Microsoft Office tools
- Experience with HRIS systems (Workday, SAP HR, Darwinbox, or similar)
- Fluency in English is required; Spanish and/or Italian are an asset
