Job Description
Enfinity Global is looking for an
Key Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate development, procurement, and construction contracts (EPC), operations and maintenance (O&M) and services agreements, and related project documentation
- Advise on risk allocation, compliance, and contractual obligations throughout the project lifecycle
- Support project teams during bidding, negotiation, and execution phases
- Ensure all contracts comply with local and international laws, regulations, and company policies
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders (Engineering, Procurement, Finance, Project Management) and external parties
- Manage claims, disputes, and variations under project contracts.
- Maintain accurate records and contribute to the continuous improvement of contract templates and processes
- Law degree and admission to practice in a relevant jurisdiction
- 7+ years of experience in contract law, with a focus on EPC agreements in the energy or infrastructure sector
- Strong knowledge of renewable energy projects and IPP business models
- Excellent negotiation and drafting skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, international environment
- High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information
