About the Role

Enexion Group is seeking a highly motivated and strategic Climate Change and Sustainability Services Manager to lead complex sustainability transformation projects and advise senior executives on climate, ESG, and regulatory strategy.


This is a leadership role requiring strong commercial acumen, technical depth, and the ability to translate sustainability ambition into measurable business impact. The successful candidate will work directly with C-level stakeholders, drive business growth, and lead multidisciplinary project teams across sectors.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and deliver high-impact climate change and sustainability advisory projects, ensuring technical excellence and client satisfaction.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to C-suite stakeholders, providing strategic guidance on ESG transformation, decarbonization, and regulatory positioning.
  • Drive business development and account growth, including proposal leadership, scope design, and commercial negotiations.
  • Design and implement sustainability and climate strategies tailored to sector-specific risks and value creation opportunities.
  • Lead Scope 1–2–3 GHG inventories, carbon footprint assessments, and climate risk analyses (physical and transition risks).
  • Advice on CSRD, EU Taxonomy, IFRS Sustainability Standards, TSRS, GRI, SASB, TCFD, and other international disclosure frameworks.
  • Develop net-zero roadmaps and science-based targets (SBTs) aligned with global decarbonization pathways.
  • Provide expertise in ESG risk management, sustainability data governance, and climate-related financial disclosures.
  • Engage investors, regulators, and executive leadership teams to strengthen sustainability positioning and market credibility.
  • Support implementation of sustainability management systems, including ISO 14064 and ISO 14046 frameworks.
  • Build long-term client relationships and expand Enexion’s presence in strategic sectors.


Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or management (or related field) from a reputable institution; a graduate degree is a plus.
  • 10+ years of experience in climate consulting, ESG advisory, sustainability services, or corporate sustainability leadership.
  • Strong technical expertise in GHG accounting, carbon methodologies, and sustainability reporting standards.
  • Deep understanding of CSRD, EU Taxonomy, IFRS, TSRS, GRI, CDP, LCA, ISO 14064, ISO 14046, and related regulatory frameworks.
  • Proven track record in net-zero strategy development and ESG data analytics.
  • Strong project management capabilities with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under pressure.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into strategic insights.
  • Experience engaging with C-level stakeholders and leading multidisciplinary teams.
  • Fluent in Turkish and English (written and spoken).
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with strong ownership and leadership qualities.
