Position: Sales Consultant (Sustainability Consulting)


Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Consultant to join our sustainability consulting team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end sales processes, identifying new business opportunities, and strengthening client relationships across sustainability, ESG, carbon management, and energy efficiency services. This position plays a critical role in expanding our client portfolio and supporting the company’s growth strategy.


Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Environmental Sciences, or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales or consulting sales (experience in sustainability or energy sectors is a strong asset)
  • Interest and/or basic knowledge of sustainability frameworks such as ESG, TSRS, GRI, CDP, SBTi, or carbon accounting
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Strong analytical mindset and solution-oriented approach
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English
  • Ability to adapt to a hybrid working model and willingness to travel when needed

  • Key Responsibilities

    • Manage the full sales cycle for sustainability, ESG, carbon management, and climate change consulting services
    • Conduct needs assessments, define project scopes, and coordinate proposal preparation for prospective clients
    • Strengthening relationships with existing clients and identifying cross-selling and upselling opportunities
    • Perform market research to identify emerging trends and new business opportunities
    • Collaborate closely with the consulting team to ensure accurate project scoping and smooth handover of client requirements
    • Maintain CRM records and prepare regular sales and pipeline reports
    • Represent the company at conferences, industry events, and client meetings in a professional manner
