As our Financial Analyst, you will act as a key link between our Finance and M&A teams, focusing on financial modelling and performance analysis. You’ll maintain and enhance our core financial models, evaluate investment opportunities, and support corporate financing initiatives such as refinancing and debt structuring. Working closely with Business Development, you’ll contribute to valuations, scenario analyses, and long-term financial planning.


What You’ll Do:


  • Act as an interface between Finance and M&A teams, with focus on financial modelling.
  • Track and analyse actual performance vs. investment cases, identifying key value drivers.
  • Maintaining and periodical update of financial models, ensuring and analysing project profitability.
  • Maintain our core financial model and support our investor in the valuation process.
  • In close cooperation with the Business Development team, work on valuation and numerical analysis of potential greenfield developments investments.
  • Support corporate financing initiatives – refinancing, debt structuring, scenario analysis.
  • Support of Finance and BD teams in budgeting and long-term planning process.


Job Requirements:


  • Graduate in Economics or Finance from a top-tier university with a track record of excellent academic performance.
  • Previous experience (3+ years) in financial modelling, investment banking, project finance or consulting.
  • Strong understanding of corporate finance, valuation method and accounting principles.
  • Experience in renewable power industry is advantageous, but not required.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to work under pressure.
  • Advanced Excel modelling skills.
  • Fluency in English is essential (another European language would be advantageous).
  • Proactive, analytical mindset and attention to detail.
  • Flexible, open-minded and enthusiastic team player.

Statutory notice: In accordance with the Austrian collective agreement for employees in information and consulting, the minimum gross monthly salary for this full-time position (40 hours/week) is €2.464,50. Please note that this is a legal requirement to state, but your actual compensation will be based on your qualifications and professional experience, and we would be happy to discuss it with you personally.
