The role is best suited to someone who is comfortable with detail but can also understand the bigger picture, identify issues independently and drive matters to completion.


Key Responsibilities


  • Support monthly financial and management reporting across several projects.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of the balance sheet, P&L and cash flow of the relevant companies.
  • Support cash-flow planning , liquidity process documentation
  • Monitor project costs, financing positions, debt schedules and liquidity.
  • Support board, management and decision-making materials.
  • Maintain finance trackers, compliance, deadlines and action lists
  • Review invoices, allocations and accounting treatment where needed, without acting as the bookkeeper.
  • Support statutory reporting, tax and accounting matters by coordinating with internal or external specialists.
  • Take increasing ownership of recurring finance processes and reporting areas
  • The key point is to support CFO Baltics; this is not a bookkeeping role. The position is designed to execute tasks and it sits between accounting, management, projects and financing.


Key Requirements


  • University degree in finance, accounting, economics or a related field.
  • Approximately 3+ years of relevant experience in finance, controlling, audit, accounting.
  • Understands Estonian tax system
  • Strong command of accounting principles and confidence analysing balance sheets, income statements, cash-flow statements and general ledger information. IFRS knowledge is a must.
  • Good Excel skills and confidence working with financial data.
  • Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage several entities, projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Fluent spoken and written English and Estonian - both are mandatory.
