Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Event Producer primarily based in Noida, with some flexibility for remote work. The Event Producer will lead the planning, execution, and management of professional events, including forums, conferences, and leadership roundtables. Responsibilities include crafting event concepts, coordinating with vendors and stakeholders, managing budgets, and ensuring seamless execution. The role demands close collaboration with internal and external teams to ensure the success of events that align with Enersider’s vision of driving strategic discussions in the energy sector.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders, vendors, and team members.
• Expertise in Event Planning and Budgeting to craft compelling event frameworks and manage resources effectively.
• Strong Event Management and Project Management skills for overseeing end-to-end execution and ensuring event success.
• Ability to adapt to hybrid working models, with flexibility to operate both onsite in Noida and remotely as needed.
• Proven experience in organizing industry-specific B2B events and an understanding of the energy sector preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail are essential.
