Sales Operation Specialist

Job Description :

Manage and maintain the CRM system for installers, distributors, and retailers .

Track the conversion process from Lead to Opportunity, Quotation, and Order .

Assist the sales team in preparing quotations .

Manage price lists, promotional policies, and channel pricing .

Manage customer data, including credit limits, payment terms, and Minimum Order Quantities (MOQ);

Monitor the validity periods of customer quotations .

Track the status of sample units, test units, and demo units .

Track initial orders and replenishment orders; stock status management .

Maintain customer contracts and commercial documentation .

Provide weekly sales operations reports to the Sales Director .

Coordinate and communicate with internal departments and headquarter.

Support technique service to make the communication with clients and end users .

Qualification :

I. Language Proficiency (Mandatory)

1. Dutch: B2 level or higher; capable of fluent verbal communication and independently drafting client correspondence; able to understand and answer basic inquiries from local customers.

2. English: B2–C1 level (business/technical proficiency); proficient in understanding technical documentation for inverters, batteries, and BMS systems.

3. Preferred: Fluent Mandarin.

II. Industry Background and Experience

1. Education: HBO (Higher Professional Education) degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, New Energy, Power Electronics, Marketing, or related fields .

2. Foundational Experience : 1+ years of experience in the European market regarding after-sales service, technical customer support, or work-order operations for PV (photovoltaic) systems, residential energy storage, or inverters .

3. Preferred Background: Experience in overseas after-sales service for Chinese energy storage manufacturers, spare parts operations at overseas warehouses (e.g., Rotterdam), or lithium battery pack operations .
