You will be embedded in Madrid with LevelTen's growing European customer base, serving as the primary product voice for that market while partnering closely with product and engineering teams headquartered in Seattle.This is a stakeholder-facing, discovery-heavy role.

The data is structured and the product surface is clear.

Your job is to deeply understand what European energy market participants need from market intelligence, translate that into crisp product direction, and let your engineering and analyst partners own the build.This role is not a fit for you if you are coming from:Payment infrastructure, fraud detection, or AI/ML platform work,Complex data pipeline or interoperability engineeringHigh-growth Fintech where the data is messy, massive, or real-timeWe work with structured, modest-scale market data.

The product challenge here is about judgment, communication, and customer understanding, not technical complexity.Duties and ResponsibilitiesLead structured discovery with European energy buyers, sellers, and advisors to understand their workflows, decisions, and pain points.Synthesize customer insight into clear recommendations, balancing what customers ask for with what the business needs to build.Serve as the primary voice of the European customer within LevelTen's global product organization.Define and maintain a near-term product roadmap for Market Insights in Europe, making prioritized trade-off decisions aligned with global product strategy.Identify features that drive customer value and competitive differentiation, with a strong perspective on European regulatory and market context.Build trusted relationships with commercial teams (sales, customer success, marketing) across geographies.

You are the connective tissue between customer insight and what gets built.Communicate product direction clearly and confidently to stakeholders at all levels of seniority and across time zones.Partner with engineering and analysts by defining the what and why with precision, then trusting your team to own the how.

You are not here to prescribe solutions.Travel to Seattle quarterly to deepen relationships with the broader team.Track product adoption and engagement metrics to understand what's working.Use qualitative and quantitative signals to make roadmap decisions, no need for deep instrumentation work; your analyst partners own the data infrastructure.Stay current on trends in European clean energy markets, B2B data products, and market intelligence platforms.Ensure Market Insights remains relevant and differentiated across European regulatory contexts.Qualifications5+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS, enterprise software, or information/market data services.A gifted communicator: you earn trust with internal stakeholders, commercial teams, and customers alike, and can align a distributed organization around a clear direction.Proven experience on data products, analytics platforms, or market intelligence products (B2B experience strongly preferred).

Demonstrated ability to conduct rigorous customer discovery and translate insights into product strategy.Comfortable with structured, moderate-scale data.

You don't need to be a data engineer; you need to understand what insights the data can and cannot support.Experience working on distributed, cross-timezone teams with strong written and async communication skills.Full professional fluency in English.

All work and collaboration is conducted in English.Comfort with ambiguity; self-directed and entrepreneurial approach suited to being the first PM in a region.Preferred QualificationsFamiliarity with market intelligence or information services products (e.g., Bloomberg, Wood Mackenzie, OPIS, S&P Global Commodity Insights).
