We are the platform where giants like BP, Shell, Microsoft, and Amazon meet the next generation of innovators to solve the planet's most pressing challenges.
This is a pivotal moment to join us. Following our massive success in Europe, we are officially launching the Energy Tech Summit Asia and preparing for further rapid geographical expansion. We need a marketing leader who can scale a global brand across new continents.
What You’ll Do
As Head of Marketing, you will be the architect of our global presence. You will lead the strategy to cement our dominance in Europe while successfully penetrating the Asian market and beyond. You’ll be at the helm of brand narrative, audience growth, and marketing innovation — ensuring the Energy Tech Summit remains the gold standard for climate tech globally.
Responsibilities
- Global Strategy: Develop and scale multi-channel marketing blueprints (digital, PR, partnerships) to maintain our #1 status in Europe and ensure a blockbuster launch for Energy Tech Summit Asia.
- Market Expansion: Adapt messaging and lead-generation tactics for diverse geographical markets as we expand our footprint globally.
- Audience Growth: Execute performance-driven campaigns to attract C-level executives, VC partners, and Tier-1 media on a global scale.
- Brand Authority: Define and guard the Summit’s narrative, ensuring world-class messaging across all international platforms and touchpoints.
- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a high-performing team of copywriters, digital marketers, and communications specialists.
- Commercial Synergy: Align marketing efforts with sales targets to maximize partner visibility and high-value lead generation for our global sponsors.
- Innovation: Constantly experiment with MarTech tools and creative formats to keep our events ahead of the curve.
- Budget & ROI: Own the marketing budget, optimize spend across regions, and report directly to leadership on KPIs and expansion insights.
Requirements
- Experience: 3+ years in marketing leadership, preferably within B2B events, SaaS, or the GreenTech/Energy sector.
- Global Mindset: Proven ability to manage brands across different regions and cultures; experience with Asian markets is a significant plus.
- Storytelling: Exceptional ability to translate complex tech and sustainability topics into compelling, "must-attend" narratives.
- Data-Driven: A proven track record of using analytics to pivot strategies and drive measurable ROI in high-growth environments.
- Leadership: A "player-coach" mentality — strategic enough to build the roadmap, but agile enough to dive into execution.
- Language: Native-level fluency in English.
