We’re growing fast — and we have an immediate opening for a Solar Installation Lead with some real field experience in Battery (Tesla Powerwall 3 (PW3)) and Enphase systems . Immediate need for candidates with proven Solar and some Tesla Powerwall 3, Enphase and Resi-Enphase installation experience. We do not train this from scratch — you’ll lead from day one. What You’ll Do Lead with purpose: Run residential and small commercial solar + battery jobs from start to finish, guiding a 2–4 person crew in the field. Solar mastery and Tesla PW3 expierience: Install, commission, and troubleshoot Solar and assist with Tesla PW3 systems with clean tie-ins and safe code compliance. Enphase expertise: Manage and fine-tune Enphase microinverter systems, layouts, and monitoring. Hands-on leadership: Work alongside your team on rooftops, conduit runs, and main service panels — not just supervise from the ground. Train and inspire: Mentor apprentices and installers to build the next of solar pros. Project accountability: Communicate with clients, PMs, and inspectors to ensure every system meets Blue Sky’s standards — clean, compliant, and reliable . Safety first: Uphold strict electrical and rooftop safety standards every single day. What You Bring 4+ years of solar + battery installation experience , with at least 2 years leading crews. Tesla Powerwall 3 experience is a plus. Proficient in Enphase microinverters , ProSolar FastJacks , and PV QuickBase mounting systems. Skilled with main service panels, conduit work, grounding, and residential tie-ins. Ability to read and interpret electrical one-lines and plan sets. Clear, confident communicator who knows how to direct and motivate a crew. Clean, efficient, and code-compliant work habits — you take pride in every install. Physically capable of rooftop work (climbing, lifting, balancing, bending). OSHA 10/30, CPR, or electrical trainee card .
