Position Overview
As a Customer Outreach Specialist, you will be the first point of contact between Energy Defenders and potential clients. Your role will focus on outreach, relationship building, and generating interest in solar solutions. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is self-driven, enjoys connecting with people, and thrives in a commission-based environment.

Responsibilities 
  • Conduct outbound calls and follow-ups to connect with potential customers. 
  • Refer to pre-made scripts for a variety of customer service topics.
  • Educate prospects on the benefits of solar energy.
  • Schedule qualified appointments.
  • Maintain accurate records of outreach activities and client interactions. 
  • Represent the Energy Defenders brand with professionalism and enthusiasm. 
Qualifications
  • Strong communication and people skills. 
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently. 
  • Organized, with attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Sales, customer service, or call center experience is a plus (but not required).
Compensation
This is a 1099 independent contractor position. Compensation is primarily commission-based, with additional spiffs and bonuses available for top performers. Earning potential is tied directly to performance, giving motivated specialists the opportunity to maximize their income.
