Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

  • Conduct research on microbiological applications for climate change mitigation and adaptation, with a focus on biological pathways that support carbon reduction, ecosystem resilience, and sustainable production systems.
  • Analyze both scientific and commercial aspects of microbiology-based climate solutions, including scalability, application potential, and relevance across climate tech domains.
  • Study specific microorganisms of interest such as diatoms and select microalgae, evaluating their role in carbon capture, bio-based production, and environmental applications.
  • Undertake a combination of research, analysis, and short-form report writing, contributing structured insights for internal studies and external knowledge platforms.
  • Support content development and website publishing, translating scientific findings into clear, accessible formats for broader audiences.
  • Apply quantitative and qualitative analysis to assess data, research findings, and emerging trends in microbiology and climate-focused biotechnology.

Note: We are looking for those who would be open to continuing with us post the internship period.
