The Climate Tech Management Trainee internship at Energy Alternatives India (EAI) is designed for candidates passionate about climate action, sustainability, and corporate strategy. Interns will work closely with senior executives across our climate education and consulting divisions, gaining first-hand exposure to decision-making processes in climate tech, sustainability strategy, and corporate transformation.

Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

  • Conduct intelligence research on how corporate leaders make decisions on climate action across renewable energy, energy efficiency, storage, electric mobility, low-carbon food & agri, waste management, and carbon capture.
  • Work with senior EAI executives and participate in multiple strategic roles within consulting, climate education, and corporate engagement.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions to identify new frameworks and approaches for enabling top management to adopt sustainable and climate-aligned strategies.
  • Analyze EAI’s 100+ consulting projects to identify strategic insights, trends, and best practices in climate tech adoption.
  • Assist in creating high-quality presentations and strategic documents for senior management teams in India and globally.
