Energo Biocoal Energy Pvt. Ltd. is a ClimateTech and Clean Energy startup based in India with a mission to build the digital backbone of the biomass industry.
Every year, India generates millions of tonnes of agricultural residue, much of which is burned due to the lack of a structured ecosystem. At the same time, industries struggle with reliable access to sustainable fuel alternatives and biomass supply networks.
Our vision is to create a technology-driven ecosystem that connects farmers, biomass suppliers, aggregators, transporters, pellet manufacturers, and industrial buyers through a unified digital platform.
We are currently building the foundation for a web platform, mobile application, and automation ecosystem that will organize biomass sourcing, trading, logistics coordination, supplier onboarding, and industrial procurement.
We are looking for a Technical Co-Founder (CTO) who wants to build a meaningful company from the ground up and take ownership of the technology vision, architecture, product development, and long-term platform strategy.
This is not a traditional employment role.
We are seeking an entrepreneurial technology leader who believes in the vision and is interested in becoming a long-term strategic partner in building the company.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in an early-stage startup environment where resourcefulness, execution, ownership, and long-term thinking are critical.

As the Technical Co-Founder / CTO, you will:
• Define the technology vision and roadmap
• Design overall platform architecture
• Lead MVP development
• Build and manage the engineering stack
• Develop and oversee web and mobile applications
• Implement cloud infrastructure and deployment processes
• Design database architecture and API systems
• Build automation workflows and integrations
• Evaluate and implement AI-enabled features

• Recruit and lead future technical team members
• Collaborate with the founder on product strategy and execution
