Help ensure stability in a fully renewable power system. Do you want to play a key role in keeping the Danish electricity system stable as we move towards 100% renewable energy? You contribute to the development of our Dynamic Stability Assessment tool which is a critical solution for monitoring and analysing system stability in near real time.

“You join a team where we actively share knowledge and help each other. We solve complex challenges together and value different perspectives.”

— Michal Powalko, Chief Engineer

Develop and implement next-generation stability tools

At our head office in Fredericia, you join the System Stability department. Here, you design and implement advanced tools that support both operational planning and real-time decision-making. Your tasks include:

  • Develop system and unit models in PowerFactory
  • Design and improve methods and workflows for stability assessment
  • Collaborate with IT to implement computational and data‑driven processes
  • Support operational engineers and national control centre specialists in using the tool
  • Contribute to both back‑office analysis and, over time, online capability in the control centre

You become part of a highly specialised environment where we work closely together to ensure a secure and efficient electricity system.

“We welcome candidates with different levels of experience. Whether you are newly graduated or have a few years industry experience behind you, we provide support and peer review to grow into the role”.

— Laurids Dall, Manager

  • Approach your work with curiosity and initiative
  • Collaborate in a supportive team
  • Handle shifting priorities and learn new tools
  • Contribute to knowledge sharing and team development
  • Work closely with both engineers and IT specialists

Build On Your Electrotechnical Skills In Power System Dynamics

  • Skills in Python or other scripting/coding tools
  • Basic experience with version control systems like “GIT”
