At Enerco Innovations Limited, we are transforming how Nigerian micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs)—from tailors and barbers to salon owners and merchants—access clean, reliable solar power through our disciplined "Pay-Small-Small" daily asset-financing model.

We are expanding our field force and hiring full-time Customer Relations Executives (CREs) to be the direct face of our company across commercial hubs in Ilorin.


What You Will Do:

  • Drive Field Acquisition: Identify and qualify commercial MSMEs across key business clusters (Taiwo Road, Chalet, Post Office, Oja Oba, and beyond).
  • Onboard & Coach: Lead thorough Know-Your-Customer (KYC) onboarding and coach merchants on daily digital payment schedules.
  • Portfolio Health & Relationship Management: Conduct regular field visits, monitor account statuses, and build long-term trust to ensure zero defaults.
  • Technical Liaison: Act as the first line of customer support, coordinating directly with our engineering team for rapid resolution.


What We Are Looking For:

  • Education: Minimum of an OND or HND in Business, Marketing, Social Sciences, or a related field.
  • Experience: At least 2 years of verifiable field sales, direct marketing, or microfinance recovery/credit experience.
  • Mobility & Grit: High energy and willingness to spend 80%+ of your workday actively engaging merchants in the field.
  • Uncompromising Integrity: High ethical standards, transparent reporting, and strong interpersonal communication skills.
