Our client is one of the leading developers of nature-friendly Agri Solar Parks in Northwest Europe.
Every project is designed to do more than generate clean power. Solar, sustainable agriculture, biodiversity and local community benefit sit side by side in everything they build, and every park now comes with battery storage as standard. Built from the ground up, the business now runs offices in Utrecht, Paris and Hannover, and does everything in house, from first landowner conversation through to financial close and long-term asset ownership. As an IPP, they develop and hold what they build, which means quality and longevity matter more than volume. Qualific
- ationsA Master's degree in economics or a related
- field3-5 years' relevant experience in project development, contracting or project f
- inanceA track record of, or clear exposure to, bringing projects to financial
- closeComfortable owning a financial model, quantitative and detail-or
- ientedStrong contract and PPA experience, ideally with some BESS ex
- posureSomeone who wants ownership of a project, not just a tas

Pay range and compensation
package
A senior, autonomous role at the sharp end of the project lifecycle, with real ownership from day one. Competitive base salary plus bonus, dependent on experience.
