The Opportunity

You will work across greenfield development, M&A, financing and strategy, helping turn early concepts into fully fundable, high value assets. Expect real ownership, senior visibility and the chance to influence the investment frameworks that guide the entire platform.

What You’ll Do

• Build and manage financial models that drive project decisions, investment papers and financing outcomes

• Assess new opportunities through valuation analysis, commercial due diligence and scenario testing

• Prepare clear, high quality IC papers that highlight risks, returns and strategic fit

• Support financing, including lender engagement, data room preparation and due diligence coordination

• Contribute to M&A through screening, modelling, market analysis and transaction execution

• Work with development, engineering and delivery teams to align assumptions and strengthen project bankability

• Help refine investment governance, templates and model suites used across the business

• Track project performance during delivery and operations, providing insight and recommendations

• Build relationships with advisors, partners and industry stakeholders

What You Bring

• Background in investment, project finance, corporate development, advisory or infrastructure

• Strong modelling capability and confidence handling complex commercial analysis

• Experience preparing investment materials or supporting structured transactions

• Ability to communicate insights clearly to senior and technical audiences

• Curiosity about energy markets, storage, project development and long term asset value

• Degree in finance, commerce, engineering, economics, mathematics or similar
