You take ownership of improvement initiatives, support colleagues in their development and actively contribute to the professionalisation of the operation. You identify opportunities to make processes smarter, more efficient and more scalable, while working closely with stakeholders across the business.
You also play an important role in helping the team move from a reactive way of working to a more proactive and improvement-focused mindset. You contribute to a culture where ownership, knowledge sharing and continuous improvement are part of everyday work.
Is this about you?
You enjoy bringing structure to complex environments. You are analytically strong, naturally identify opportunities for improvement and don't wait for others to take the initiative.
