Position Summary: EndurEnergy Systems, Inc is seeking a dynamic and results-driven  Outside Sales Manager  to drive BESS sales efforts across designated territories in the United States. Job Title : Outside Sales Manager

Job Location : Remote (United States – Flexible Location)

Position availability : Immediate

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and prospecting to contract negotiation and closure.
  • Utilize the EndurEnergy team to help you close deals.
  • Represent EndurEnergy at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to enhance brand awareness and generate new business opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Required:  Proven experience Outside Sales experience.
  • Preferred:  2+ years of experience in energy storage, solar, or related fields.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and closing deals.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a remote work environment while managing a multi-state territory.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients, attend industry events, and support business growth efforts.
  • Competent using Microsoft Office Tools and history of using a CRM.
