Responsibilities and more:

- Conduct theory and practical training on solar PV systems, including installation, commissioning, and basic troubleshooting.

- Implement NSDC/SSC-aligned training modules and adapt content to local contexts.

- Facilitate hands-on practice using solar panels, inverters, batteries, wiring, and mounting structures.

- Train candidates on electrical safety, rooftop safety, PPE usage, and standard operating procedures.

- Conduct internal assessments and support candidates during third-party assessments and certification.

- Track attendance, learning progress, and provide mentoring and feedback to trainees.

- Maintain training documentation, attendance, reports, and support CSR/donor reporting.

- Support placement orientation, work-readiness inputs, and basic interview preparation.

- Coordinate with project teams, training partners, and assessment agencies and submit regular reports.
