??‍♀️ What We Do ??‍♀️

At Emidat, we are building the first climate-native product management system for building material manufacturers. We aim to decarbonise building materials, making up 11% of global GHG emissions. We collect data from physical production processes, generate a digital product passport with verified environmental data and make it usable along the value chain. In short: One solution to assess, design, buy, sell and manage products - with environmental impact at the core.

With this, we are building the digital infrastructure to make it faster, easier, and more sustainable to build the world around us.

What You Will Work On

Your mission

We are looking for a rare breed: someone who possesses the technical depth of a sustainability consultant, the viral instincts of a content creator and the self-starter mentality of a founder. As our Climate Education & Content Lead, your mission is to bridge the gap between complex climate science and the manufacturing floor.

You will be the face and the engine behind Emicadamy, our educational arm. You won't just be "posting on social", you will be building a scalable, AI-driven media machine that defines how the world understands the footprint of the things we make. We imagine you to do two things exceptionally well: Build and guide a team of 20+ AI agents to do all the operational work for you AND apply an exceptionally high quality bar during reviews. The ideal person will:

  • Know how great marketing and inbound work looks like and is hungry to build an exceptional marketing organization from scratch in the age of AI.
  • Build AI-driven workflows that make you 10x more productive than a traditional marketing/content manager.
  • Act like an entrepreneur, spotting gap in the market's understanding and fill it with a video, an article, or a course.
  • Find highly scientific topics and manufacturing complexities genuinely fascinating (shipping pallets, alloy types, heat pumps) genuinely fascinating, and find ways to share that enthusiasm with the market.

In the first year, you will

  • Months 1- 3: Own our presence on Social Media sites (LinkedIn, Instagram etc), build and go-live with a documented, AI-driven content workflow. Next, Emicadamy’s first "Sustainable Manufacturing 101" module is in beta.
  • Months 3 - 6: Promote content strategically across all relevant channels to maximize reach and nurturing inbound leads, focusing on measurable conversion rate improvements from awareness to intent.
  • Months 6 - 9: Position yourself and the brand as the primary resource for industry leaders navigating the transition to a low-carbon economy. Make Emidat the "go-to" source for EPD explainers on LinkedIn, growing followers and target audience.
  • Months 9 - 12: Identify the product-market fit for our educational offerings, from certifications to deep-dive masterclasses. From there, ensuring ‘Emicadamy’ becomes a recognised authority in the climate-tech space, with a lean team of 2-3 specialists supporting you.

Minimum Requirements

What you should bring to this role

  • Language Skills: Professional working proficiency (C1/C2 level) in both English and German (written and verbal).

Additionally, a candidate should bring one of the following:

  • Industry Experience: Demonstrable examples building great content on LCAs, EPDs, DPPs or sustainability.
  • Marketing Experience: 3+ years of experience in Content, Inbound, or Growth Marketing, demonstrating consistent achievement of targets (e.g., achieving X% lead growth or X% Marketing Qualified Leads-to-Sales Qualified Leads conversion rate).

  • Prior experience as an early marketing hire in a B2B startup or scale-up environment.
