Office Administrator (training provided)

For over two decades, we've helped customers across the U.S. and internationally design, install, and maintain clean energy systems that deliver long-term performance and reliability.

We're growing and looking for a reliable Office Administrator to support day-to-day office operations. This is an entry-level role — no prior experience required. Training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming phone calls and route them appropriately
• Run payroll and maintain basic payroll records
• Prepare and submit routine corporate filings on time
• Compile sales tax reports and provide them to the accountant
• Pay vendors and track outgoing payments
• Maintain employee records, including tracking time off and holidays
• Perform general office and administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:

• Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
• Comfortable working with computers and basic office software
• Good communication skills (phone and email)
• Willingness to learn new tasks and follow procedures
• Prior office, bookkeeping, or administrative experience is a plus, but not required
