We are seeking an experienced Scheduler to support a greenfield manufacturing facility in Dallas-Fort-Worth. Our client is a global leader in advanced materials and clean-energy technologies whose products are critical to the electrified, low-carbon economy. Their materials power electric vehicles, renewable energy systems, aviation, and next-generation infrastructure.
In this role, you’ll work within the Project Controls team to develop and maintain detailed construction and commissioning schedules for large-scale capital projects.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop, update, and maintain detailed Primavera P6 schedules for engineering, procurement, construction, and startup activities
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather inputs, validate durations, and align deliverables with key milestones
• Support weekly and monthly reporting, including look-aheads, variance analysis, and performance tracking
• Assist in building baseline schedules, recovery plans, and what-if scenarios to support project risk management
• Work closely with cost controls to integrate schedule progress with forecasts and earned value metrics
• Identify potential delays and opportunities for acceleration, ensuring management visibility into critical-path risks
• Contribute to the standardization of scheduling tools, templates, and best practices across multiple projects
Qualifications:
• 5+ years of scheduling experience within industrial, manufacturing, or large capital project environments (EPC, owner, or CM)
• Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing, logic development, and progress measurement
• Skilled at coordinating across engineering, procurement, and construction functions
• Familiarity with Power BI, Excel, or other reporting tools preferred
• Working knowledge of cost and schedule integration and earned value principles
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills; thrives in fast-paced, evolving environments
