We are seeking a senior West Coast Sales Account Executive to lead enterprise sales of an advanced energy recovery and power generation platform deployed within pressurized natural gas infrastructure.

The technology installs directly into natural gas pressure reduction systems and converts otherwise wasted pressure energy into reliable, fuel-free, zero-emission electricity. It is a hardware-based, capital equipment solution designed for midstream pipeline operators and energy-intensive industrial operators seeking operational efficiency, resiliency, and measurable carbon reduction without disrupting core operations.

This role requires a seasoned infrastructure seller with deep industry knowledge, an established network within target accounts, and a proven ability to close complex, multi-stakeholder capital equipment transactions.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive adoption of infrastructure-scale energy recovery and distributed power solutions within midstream pipeline operators and industrial energy users.
  • Leverage an established network within pipeline operators, distributed generation teams, and energy transition groups to secure executive-level access and originate qualified opportunities.
  • Take ownership of active enterprise opportunities and advance them through technical validation, financial justification, and commercial negotiation to contract execution.
  • Engage senior decision-makers across Operations, Asset Management, Engineering, Energy Transition, and C-Suite leadership to position both technical and financial value.
  • Navigate structured capital approval processes typical of regulated infrastructure environments, including long-cycle (6–18+ month) procurement and investment reviews.
  • Structure and negotiate multi-million-dollar capital equipment agreements aligned with customer operational and financial objectives.
  • Translate deep understanding of midstream natural gas systems, pressure regulation infrastructure, and distributed generation applications into compelling business cases.
  • Partner with internal engineering and sales engineering teams to validate site feasibility, system integration, and ROI modeling.
  • Manage domestic and international accounts across North America and key global markets, with travel as required.
  • Maintain disciplined pipeline management, forecast accuracy, and CRM reporting aligned with revenue targets.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Energy Management, or related field.
  • MBA or advanced technical degree preferred.
  • Minimum 10 years of enterprise B2B sales experience in capital equipment, industrial hardware, energy infrastructure, or distributed generation markets.
  • Demonstrated history of closing complex, multi-layered deals within regulated infrastructure environments.
  • Proven experience negotiating large-scale commercial agreements and managing cross-functional sales processes.
  • Strong financial acumen, including the ability to build and defend ROI and capital justification models.

Salary : $140,000- $160,000
