Senior Manager - Sustainability & Environment | Dublin | Hybrid

Elevate is partnering with a large-scale Energy & Infrastructure organisation to appoint a Senior Manager within its Sustainability & Environment function.

This is a strategic leadership role focused on driving environmental and sustainability performance across a complex operational business undergoing significant transformation as part of the transition to a lower carbon economy.

Key areas of responsibility will include:

• Leading sustainability and environmental strategy implementation

• Driving net zero and decarbonisation initiatives across Scope 1, 2 & 3 emissions

• Overseeing biodiversity, circular economy and environmental performance programmes

• Supporting operational teams in managing environmental risk and compliance

• Engaging with senior leadership, regulators and external stakeholders

• Leading strategic sustainability and environmental projects across the organisation

The successful candidate is likely to bring:

• Strong sustainability and environmental leadership experience within infrastructure, utilities, engineering, energy or other operationally complex sectors

• Experience leading transformation and strategic sustainability initiatives

• Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing capability

• Knowledge of environmental compliance, climate adaptation, decarbonisation and sustainability strategy

• The ability to operate effectively at senior leadership level within a large organisation
