Provide customer support regarding clean energy programs and enrollment
Answer questions, resolve concerns, and ensure a positive customer experience
Build long-term relationships with customers through reliable follow-up
Work with management to identify opportunities for better service and outreach

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Customer-focused with a professional and friendly demeanor
Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
Full-time availability (some evenings/weekends may apply)
Previous customer service experience preferred but not required
