About the Internship
Elements Energy, in collaboration with SBPDCL (South Bihar Power Distribution Company Limited) and AEEE (Alliance for an Energy Efficient Economy), is seeking passionate Sustainability Interns to support the implementation of a Demand Response Program in Bihar.
This internship offers hands-on experience in sustainability, energy efficiency, demand-side management, consumer engagement, and environmental impact assessment. Interns will contribute to projects focused on creating smarter, cleaner, and more sustainable energy systems.

About the Internship

This internship offers hands-on experience in sustainability, energy efficiency, demand-side management, consumer engagement, and environmental impact assessment. Interns will contribute to projects focused on creating smarter, cleaner, and more sustainable energy systems.
Key Responsibilities
Sustainability & Energy Assessments
- Support energy efficiency and sustainability assessments for commercial and industrial consumers.
- Assist in identifying opportunities for reducing energy consumption and carbon emissions.
- Collect and document sustainability-related data during field visits.
- Contribute to Demand Response and energy conservation initiatives.
- Compile, organize, and analyze energy and sustainability data.
- Assist in preparing sustainability reports and project documentation.
- Support the development of insights and recommendations from collected data.
- Maintain accurate records of field observations and assessments.
- Interact with consumers during field surveys and awareness activities.
- Participate in workshops, meetings, and stakeholder consultations.
- Support awareness campaigns on energy efficiency and sustainable practices.
- Coordinate with utility officials and project teams during implementation.
Candidates pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in any of the following are encouraged to apply:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and report preparation.
- Willingness to travel within Patna and nearby areas for field activities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams.
- Practical experience in sustainability and energy efficiency projects.
- Exposure to utility operations and Demand Response programs.
- Hands-on experience in field assessments, data analysis, and stakeholder engagement.
