Enterprise Sales Manager (East Coast)
About the Role
We are seeking a highly driven Enterprise Sales Manager in NYC or Boston to lead sales efforts and build long-term relationships with national customers and ESCO partners.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of mechanical systems in commercial buildings, including HVAC, lighting, and automation. This role requires a technical sales professional with a passion for sustainable building solutions and a strong ability to educate customers on innovative technology.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies while building and maintaining key customer relationships.
- Deliver compelling presentations, respond to customer inquiries, and provide market intelligence.
Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of experience in technical solution sales, preferably in HVAC control systems and building automation.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
Pay Range & Compensation Package
- Base Salary: $120K - $150K, plus commission-based incentives.
