We are seeking a strategic, experienced Director of Quality – Renewables who can define, lead, and scale enterprise-wide quality programs, inspire high-performing teams, and ensure every project is executed with pride, compliance, and operational excellence.

What You Will Be Doing: Establish and lead a consistent, enterprise-wide quality program across solar, wind, and battery energy storage (BESS) projects.

Define renewable quality standards, procedures, KPIs, and governance while ensuring flexibility for project-specific needs.

Build, mentor, and lead high-performing multi-region quality teams, fostering accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement.

Oversee audits, regulatory compliance, NCR management, and root-cause analysis to drive systemic prevention and minimize rework.

Collaborate closely with Operations, Engineering, Safety, Estimating, and Commissioning teams to embed proactive quality into every project phase.

Serve as the senior quality representative to clients, AHJs, and third-party partners, resolving escalated issues with professionalism and transparency.

Experience You Will Need: 10–15+ years in QA/QC, construction leadership, or engineering, with a strong focus on renewable energy projects (solar, wind, BESS).

Proven experience leading multi-project or multi-region quality programs with measurable performance improvements.

Deep knowledge of renewable installation standards, regulatory requirements, and quality systems.

Expertise in NCR management, audits, root-cause analysis, and data-driven quality decision-making.

Strong leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills with the ability to partner effectively with field teams and executives. xrczosw
