Implementation Manager
About Electron
We are building the digital foundations for an affordable, reliable, and clean energy system. We provide utilities, grid operators, and organisers providing flexibility with high impact Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platforms to unlock grid capacity, manage constraints, and effectively coordinate Distributed Energy Resources (DERs)—such as wind, solar, and battery storage.
Our core offerings include:
ElectronConnect, the Flexibility Market Platform: Operating at the forefront of the energy transition, our platform is used by 50% of the UK's Distribution Network Operators (DNOs) to run their local flexibility services. We have already enabled over 7 GWh of flexibility, helping networks connect more customers faster, avoid unnecessary physical infrastructure upgrades, and ultimately reduce long-term consumer bills. It is also utilized by other progressive industry actors for novel flexibility use cases, such as absorbing excess renewable energy to prevent curtailment and allowing faster access to the grid for low carbon technologies.
ElectronCompass, our grid analytics platform, used by multiple US utilities to gain deeper insights into their networks. We have analysed over 40 billion meter data points for DER detection and transformer loading analysis, providing our customers with key insights to support management of their networks and energy assets.
Our mission is to help accelerate the global transition to Net Zero by making green energy more accessible, reducing system costs, and creating highly resilient electricity grids worldwide. Backed by key industry leaders, we are rapidly scaling our presence and impact across both Europe and North America.
Why Join Electron?
We Build Things That Matter: You will be directly contributing to solutions that combat climate change and redesign how the energy grid interacts with renewable technology.
