Role Summary:
We are seeking an inspirational and strategic Managing Director (MD) to steer our organization towards sustainable growth and innovation. The MD will be responsible for defining the company’s vision, setting strategic goals, and ensuring overall business success. This role requires exceptional leadership skills, financial acumen, and the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders, clients, and employees.


Key Responsibilities:


1. Strategic Leadership
Develop and communicate a clear strategic vision, aligning with the company’s mission and values.
  • Drive long-term and short-term business plans, ensuring adaptability to market trends and client demands.
  • Collaborate with the Board of Directors to set performance metrics, review progress, and refine strategies.

2. Financial Management:
Oversee the company’s financial health, including P&L accountability, budget management, and resource allocation.
  • Develop financial strategies to maximize profitability, diversify revenue streams, and ensure cost efficiency.
  • Implement robust financial controls and reporting mechanisms.

3. Operational Excellence :
  • Lead and mentor the executive leadership team, fostering a culture of accountability and innovation.
  • Ensure operational processes, policies, and structures support business efficiency and regulatory compliance.
  • Champion technology adoption and process improvement for enhanced service delivery.

4. Business Development & Client Engagement:
  • Cultivate strong client relationships and explore new business opportunities to expand market reach.
  • Serve as the company’s ambassador at industry events, conferences, and strategic partnerships.
  • Guide teams to deliver exceptional client service and strategic solutions.

5. People & Culture Leadership
  • Inspire and develop employees by promoting a culture of continuous learning, diversity, and inclusivity.
  • Encourage collaboration, professional growth, and talent retention.

6. Governance & Stakeholder Management:
  • Ensure transparent communication and reporting to the Board of Directors.

Requirements

Qualifications -


Education:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
  • Master’s Degree (from reputed Institute) with excellent analytical & people skills.

Experience:
  • Minimum of 15 years of leadership experience.
  • Track-record of at least 5 years with complete responsibilities for General Management or multiple admin and operational departments and end-to-end P&L responsibility.
  • Strong background in managing P&L, driving business growth, and leading high performing teams. Skills & Competencies:
