Responsibilities:


  • Maintain Internal Systems : Ensure the accuracy and integrity of internal systems, including CRM, projec ts management software and financial database. Regularly update and maintain records to reflect current information.

  • Accounts Management : Process invoices and payments, maintaining accurate records of accounts payable and receivable. Coordinate with finance teams to ensure timely and accurate financial transactions.

  • Client Data Management : Manage client data and records, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy. Update client information as needed and maintain organized client database.

  • Presentations and Report Presentation: Prepare presentations and reports for meetings and internal purposes, utilizing Microsoft Office tools to create professional and compelling documents.

  • Administrative Support : Provide administrative support to project teams, including scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and managing travel arrangements.

  • Assist with tender filing, ensuring compliance with deadlines and requirements.

  • Management Information Systems (MIS) : Manage Management Information Systems (MIS), generating reports and analyzing data to support decision-making and projects evaluation.

  • General Administrative Duties : Provide general administrative support, including answering phones, managing emails, and filing documents. Help maintain a positive and organized office environment.

  • Project Coordination : Assist in project coordination activities, including tracking project progress, coordinating with team members, and ensuring projects deliverables are met on time and within budget.



Requirements

Qualifications :

  • Graduation - For finance roles, a Bachelor's in commerce, Economics, or BBA (Bachelor of Business Administration). For IT roles, a B.Tech/B.E. in IT, Computer Science, or related fields.

  • Post Graduation - MBA in Finance, MCA (Master of computer Applications), or M.Tech for IT roles.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills .

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

  • Ability to learn new software and systems quickly.

  • Positive attitude and willingness to help others.
