EA to MD
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the MD in day-to-day tasks related to construction and real estate matters.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, vendors, and site engineers on ongoing and upcoming projects.
- Maintain construction timelines, monitor project progress, and provide regular updates.
- Handle documentation related to site acquisition, legal approvals, project tenders, etc.
- Arrange and manage site visits and review meetings.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and manage schedules and follow-ups.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and basic project summaries for internal/external stakeholders.
Requirements
- Engineering, Architecture, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred).
- 0-2 years of experience in construction project coordination or real estate roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Note:
This is not a secretarial role. The candidate is expected to be actively involved in execution, site coordination, and administrative project tracking in the real estate domain.
