Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the MD in day-to-day tasks related to construction and real estate matters.
  • Coordinate with architects, contractors, vendors, and site engineers on ongoing and upcoming projects.
  • Maintain construction timelines, monitor project progress, and provide regular updates.
  • Handle documentation related to site acquisition, legal approvals, project tenders, etc.
  • Arrange and manage site visits and review meetings.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and manage schedules and follow-ups.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and basic project summaries for internal/external stakeholders.
  • Support the MD in business development initiatives related to the real estate segment.


Requirements

  • Engineering, Architecture, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred).
  • 0-2 years of experience in construction project coordination or real estate roles.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Organized, disciplined, and strong at follow-ups.
