The Opportunity
We’re seeking a proactive and detail-driven Senior Project Co-Ordinator to join our growing team in the engineering and energy sector. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured environment, enjoys supporting project teams, and has a passion for optimizing systems and workflows
The Senior Project Coordinator will oversee and maintain document control systems across engineering projects. They will act as SharePoint administrator/super user, ensuring efficient file management and team access. This includes support the management team with administrative tasks, timesheet follow-up, process improvement and reporting.
The Team
The Infrastructure Onshore Office is responsible for new 400 kV, 220 kV and 110 kV station and circuit projects as well as upgrading and refurbishment projects on the existing network. Managing these projects from conceptual phase, through feasibility, statutory planning assessment and consent to handover for detailed design and construction phase.
The Network Projects Ireland team oversees the planning and implementation of power system infrastructure in Ireland, with a focus on enhancing the power grid by integrating renewable sources and ensuring a resilient and sustainable power network.

About You
Successful candidates will have:
- BSc Degree or equivalent qualifications.
- 5+ years of proven experience in document control and administrative support within construction, engineering or energy sectors.
- Strong working knowledge of SharePoint and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Comfortable working with data and reporting tools (Power BI exposure preferred).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
