We welcome applications from new and recently qualified graduates who have achieved, or are expected to achieve, a minimum 2:1 Level 8 degree (or higher) on the NFQ Framework.

Graduate Programme Opportunities 2027

- IT
- Cyber Security
- Economics
- Business
- General (Science, Physics, Maths, Arts & more)
- Three rotations across key areas of the business over the two-year programme
- Exposure to industry-leading projects and experts
- Dedicated buddy and support
- Permanent role upon successful completion of programme following a review
- Comprehensive onboarding and development programme
- Annual performance related bonus
- Flexible working with up to 3 days a week from home
- Annual leave of 25 days per annum and 2 additional company days

- A full breakdown of results per subject/per year of study
- Details of projects undertaken during studies to date
- An outline of how you anticipate using your skills in a commercially run regulated business
- An outline of why you would like to join EirGrid

- Cammio video interview
- Competency-based interview (either in person or virtually)
