What you'll do:
- Manage and develop the Corporate Control team
- Secure quality and completeness of Financial statements for all legal entities
- Ownership of monthly Balance sheet and P&L review and analysis
- Ownership of monthly consolidation and preparation of Consolidated Financial Statement reporting package as per IFRS
- Ownership of Group Annual Report and key point of contact for external Auditors
- Responsible for Financial and tax compliance for the legal entities, working with global compliance service providers and tax advisors
- Support the monthly and quarterly closing process
- Drive the process improvement agenda of the key finance and business processes
- Drive ERP system improvements
What we're looking for:
- Previous team leadership experienceBig four experience
- B.Sc. within finance or accounting
- Several years of operational inhouse experience within finance and controlling
- Experience in building financial processes and structures
- Experienced with IFRS & K3
- Experience with tax compliance
- Experience with strategic initiatives like carve outs and IPOs is of merit
- Fluency in English
