Customer Success Agent

As Customer Success Agent you will be a part of the Daily Operations Nordics team, working and supporting customers in the Nordics ensuring operational excellence.

What you’ll do:

  • Together with Operational Account Manager develop and maintain an optimal customer experience for our customers in the Nordics
  • Manage daily operations and planning
  • First point of contact for our customers and other partners such as carriers and workshops
  • Analyze and optimize performance securing agreed KPIs and SLA are achieved
  • Handle and resolve customer requests
  • Monitoring support inbox and resolve ad hoc deviations

What we’re looking for:

  • Minimum a Bachelor's degree (e.g Business, Supply Chain, Logistics)
  • Previous experience in a customer facing role
  • Strong collaborator
  • Strong service and solution oriented mindset
  • Independent and confident in your ability to act, prioritize and make decisions
  • Fluent in Swedish & English
  • Experience from the growing EV industry and/or startup is of merit
