Founded in 2016, Einride became the first company in the world to deploy a cab-less autonomous electric vehicle on a public road (Sweden, 2019). In 2022, we were the first to successfully operate such a vehicle on a US public road. Today, we are a team of more than 500 people, and our award-winning technology is being deployed across 8 countries (and counting). Our clients include some of the world’s biggest shippers, including Fortune 500 companies.

The operations team is responsible for the deployment of client cases and integrating Einride’s solution with existing client infrastructure. Putting theory into practice, they get the wheels of change spinning. As a Deployment Manager at Einride, you'll be joining a top talent team of ambitious, creative, kind-hearted people who challenge conventional thinking, think big, and aim for zero.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the complete delivery of Einride's products and services to our customers
  • Professionally lead customer dialogues with stakeholders on all levels, from decision makers, to project managers, transport managers and warehouse personnel
  • Convert a strategic logistic analysis to an operational plan, making sure we have optimal use of electric vehicles in day to day operations
  • Implement Einride’s latest software features to reach high level optimization and digitalization within road transport
  • Act as project manager and lead cross-functional teams (incl. risk management, budgeting, internal and external management reporting, etc)
  • Work independently and hands on, to solve problems with high complexity
  • Assess, build and lead continuous improvement and scaling initiatives

Qualifications

  • Bachelor or Master's degree from competitive university
  • Minimum 3 years experience within relevant business (transport/consulting/supply chain/business development/project management/operations)
  • Hands on experience from transport/logistics sector is of merit
  • Strong relationship management skills
  • Proven analytical and tactical capabilities
  • Financial understanding and experience from performing business cases with different levels of complexity
  • Show a clear doer attitude, not afraid of digging into details but at the same time able to see the bigger picture
  • Result oriented with a clear ownership of deliveries
  • Fluent in German & English
This position is based with a preference for Germany, but Sweden, Austria and the BeNeLux is also a possibility. We recommend that you submit your application as soon as possible as selection and interviews are held continually.
