To help achieve our vision of a decarbonised future we are seeking a Senior Manufacturing Engineer to industrialise our products and build the semi-automated production lines that will scale our fuel cell manufacturing.

To help achieve our vision of a decarbonised future we are seeking a Senior Manufacturing Engineer to industrialise our products and build the semi-automated production lines that will scale our fuel cell manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, specify and commission semi-automated assembly and production lines
- Develop manufacturing processes, work instructions, layouts and cycle-time balancing
- Specify and design tooling, fixtures, jigs and automation equipment with suppliers
- Lead line installation, ramp-up, validation and continuous improvement (Lean)
- Troubleshoot production, quality and equipment issues
- Support design-for-manufacture feedback to engineering
- Drive OEE, throughput and cost-reduction improvements
- BSc/MSc in manufacturing, mechanical, mechatronic or industrial engineering is mandatory
- Minimum 5-6 years of manufacturing engineering experience in an assembly/automation environment
- Experience specifying and commissioning automation, tooling and production equipment
- Knowledge of Lean manufacturing, line balancing and process validation
- Proficiency with CAD and ERP systems
- Team player able to work autonomously with internal and external experts
- Excellent spoken and written English/French is mandatory; German is a plus
