eGreen is a climate-tech company developing and financing high-quality carbon removal projects (with a focus on biochar and other nature-based solutions). We work with project developers, technology providers, and corporates around the world to generate verified carbon credits that deliver real, measurable climate impact.


Role Description

This is a contract, fully remote position for a Lead Generation & Partnerships Specialist. The primary focus of this role is to generate qualified leads for:

1. Financing partners – investors, funds, banks, family offices or corporates interested in financing carbon removal projects.

2. Off-takers – companies that need high-quality carbon credits (removal and/or avoidance) to meet their climate and sustainability goals.


You will identify and research potential partners, reach out via email/phone/LinkedIn, secure discovery calls, and hand over qualified opportunities to the eGreen leadership team. This is a performance-based role: compensation is paid on results (success-fee/commission), with no fixed working hours and full flexibility on location.


Qualifications

• Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or lead generation, ideally in finance, carbon markets, sustainability, or related sectors

• Existing network in corporates, investors, banks, or funds is a strong plus

• Ability to research target companies, identify decision-makers, and craft compelling outreach messages

• Comfortable with cold outreach and building a pipeline from scratch

• Strong communication skills (written and spoken) and professional presence on email/LinkedIn

• Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision

• Genuine interest in climate solutions, sustainability, and carbon markets
