We are expanding our engineering team based in Copenhagen to work on European Rail & Metro projects. These would be permanent positions for candidates to be based in Copenhagen, Denmark.



Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Rail Depot Manager with strong technical leadership and extensive experience in the full lifecycle of manging rail depots for modern metro systems.

Candidates will have the following experience:

  • Strong systems engineering skills, including requirements management and interface coordination.
  • Expertise in rolling stock and depot design, especially maintenance facilities, signalling interactions, and workshop equipment.
  • Project and risk management capabilities to steer a multi‑year, multi‑stakeholder programme.
  • Operational understanding of metro maintenance and stabling logistics to ensure feasibility and continuity of service.
  • Technical coordination skills with suppliers (RS, signalling, civil works) and O&M teams.
  • Ability to plan and implement temporary and permanent infrastructure with safety, capacity and operational constraints in mind.

Additional experience:

  • Solid knowledge of European Rail depots rolling stock norms and safety standards for homologation.


Qualifications

You hold an engineering degree or a master’s degree and have extensive experience in a technical field, ideally within railway depots.

Previous managerial experience would be an asset.

You are fluent in English, which is essential for working in our international environment.
