💰 Salary: $110,000 – $130,000 + Benefits

📍 Location: Dallas, TX (Limited travel within DFW area)

Are you a skilled Project Manager with experience in Building Automation Systems (BAS)? Our client—a leading player in the automation and controls industry—is looking to add a results-driven and technically proficient Project Manager to their growing Austin team.

🔧 About the Role:

You’ll oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of building automation projects across commercial and industrial sites. From managing timelines to collaborating with stakeholders, your role will be critical in ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest standards.

✅ Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage BAS projects from kickoff through to completion
  • Coordinate with clients, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams
  • Ensure project milestones and budgets are met
  • Maintain documentation, schedules, and compliance standards
  • Oversee system integration, testing, and commissioning
  • Provide site visits to support projects in Dallas-Fort Worth area

🧠 What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience managing BAS or HVAC controls projects
  • Strong understanding of control systems and Mechanical/HVAC systems
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Niagara 4 certification strongly preferred
  • PMP certification is a plus
  • Ability to travel within Texas when required (minimal)
